2 Contracting Parties and Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but is a non-binding online catalog.
2.2 By clicking on the “Buy now” button, you place a binding order for the products listed on your order page.
2.3 Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail confirmation of having received your order does not constitute contract acceptance. Your order is deemed to have been accepted when we deliver your goods.

3 Pricing and Shipping Costs
3.1 The prices mentioned on the product pages include statutory VAT and are given in Euros (€).
3.2 In addition to the indicated product prices, your order will be liable to shipping charges. You can learn more about shipping charges here.

4 Delivery
4.1 Deliveries are only made within the European Union (EU) to the countries stated in the checkout page. You can learn more about countries we deliver to here.
4.2 The delivery time is approx. 7-10 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

5 Terms of Payment
5.1 Orders placed in our online shop are charged by PayPal, credit card or advance bank transfer.
5.2 In the case of new customers, we reserve the right to ask for advance payment for orders over €100.

6 Conditional Sale
All goods remain the property of Sativa Biosaagut GmbH until full payment has been received.

7 Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply.

8 Contract Data Retention
We store the contract text and supply you copy of the order data and our Terms and Conditions. You can also view the Terms and Conditions on this page at any time. Your past orders remain visible in your customer account.

9 Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the fulfilment of the contract, please contact us directly. The European Commission provides a platform for the resolution of consumer disputes when buying online, which you can reach at We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure at a consumer arbitration board.

10 Contract Language
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. All language versions of the T&Cs are deemed authentic but for legal purposes the German text has priority of interpretation.

11 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The contract is handled solely under German Law. For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the place of jurisdiction is the same as the registered offices of Sativa Biosaatgut GmbH.
