2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only a non-binding online catalog. If you place products into your shopping basket, this only serves as an overview and does not constitute a binding purchase order. You have to click the "Buy now" button on the order page in order to place a binding order. You will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail immediately after placing the order. However, this does not yet constitute contract acceptance. We accept your order through delivering the goods within approx. 7-10 business days.

3. Processing and Shipping Charges

The prices on the product page include VAT taxable in Germany. In addition to the prices stated, processing and shipping costs apply. These are calculated as follows:

The weight of the order and the resulting processing and shipping charges are shown during checkout. If the shop has calculated the weight wrong, we reserve the right to adjust the processing and shipping charges.

4 Delivery
We only deliver within the European Union (EU) to the countries stated in the checkout page. At the moment Sativa delivers to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands (mainland), Poland, Portugal (mainland), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (mainland), Sweden, United Kingdom (mainland).

For delivery to the following countries please visit the individual shop via the country selection in the top right corner: Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy.

All products which are for sale are immediately ready for dispatch (7-10 days delivery time) unless otherwise stated on the product page. Parcels are usually sent with UPS.

5 Payment
It is only possible to pay via PayPal, credit card. The payment methods are individual for each country and are stated in the checkout page.

6 Order Procedure
When you have found the product you were looking for, you can add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to basket" button. The content of the shopping basket can be viewed at any time without obligation by clicking the "Shopping cart" button. You can remove products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Delete" button. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be asked to log in or to open a customer account. The mandatory details are marked with an asterisk (*). Click on the button "Buy now" to complete the order process. This operation can be stopped at any time by closing the browser window. We store the contract and send you a copy of the order and our T&Cs by e-mail. You can also view the Terms and Conditions here at any time. Your past orders remain visible in your customer account.
